This is what we expect as Recruiter (m/w/d) End-to-End Recruiting: You control the entire recruiting process, especially for our Executive Assistant Program - from request analysis to sourcing to final candidate selection together with top executives Talent hunt with vision: You identify and inspire high potentials - graduates: both young professionals with excellent performance, international experience and the potential for strategic management tasks Assessment expert in practice: You conduct professional interviews, coordinate and moderate assessment centers and promote a first-class Candidate Experience that delights Strategic Sparring Partner: You advise and coach Hiring Manager at eye level - from job description to interview management to talent selection Networkers with Mission: You actively build talent pools through presence in career events, social media, universities and through strategic partnerships with career networks Team player in the HR ecosystem: You work closely with works councils, employer branding, EAP program management and other HR partners

(m/w/d) Talent scout with foundation: Successfully completed university studies (economic/legal science, psychology, etc.) and multiannual recruiting experience, ideally with focus on high potentials, trainees, or leadership growth Talent-Stratege with practical experience: Detectable expertise in professional interview management, planning and moderation of assessment centers as well as in the development and implementation of recruiting and employer branding strategies Diplomat at all levels: experience in advising executives and stakeholder management - you are strong in communication, move safely in dealing with forums and know how to skillfully enforce negotiating positions Language Applied & Structure: Excellent communication skills in German and English, safe appearance to the outside and a pronounced sense of talent Digital Mindset & AI Affinity: Interest in developing your knowledge in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT - you stay at the heart of time
