You want to go through social work? Start your dual myStudium with the appropriate practical partner. You will study myStudium in our study model and use interactive learning materials as well as our learning AI. You then deepen your knowledge in regular virtual events. The Mitteldeutsche Institut für Qualification and Vocational Rehabilitation (MIQR) accompanies people on their way back to work – after illness, accident or social challenges. We are now represented at nine locations in Thuringia, Saxony and Berlin – dedicated employees work everywhere in multi-professional teams and in modern working environments. You can either work at the location 04720 Döbeln or 01591 Riesa. Become part of our team and start with us on April 1, 2026. You will complete your studies at the IU International University virtual campus. Here you will be taught live and interactive about video conferencing and have access to digital learning materials. You are not bound to a campus - so you get the greatest possible flexibility and can learn self-determined.

In your studies you will get exciting insights into the work of various specialist services and support interdisciplinary cooperation You accompany participants throughout their training process and take over tasks in case management as well as in career orientation – also using modern suitability diagnostics Together with our training and psychologist teams, you conduct development-promoting consultations and individual case aids and are in crisis situations In addition, you will acquire companies, assist participants in the internship search and accompany them until work starts. In addition, you can participate in training units, support in job coaching and application training, and start funding analyses as well as progress reports and final reports Your area of responsibility is rounded off by general social management and related documentation

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
