For an established specialist clinic for acute and rehabilitation medicine in the Ulm area, we are looking for a dedicated head physician Geriatrie (m/w/d) with specialist medical certificate for internal medicine and additional name Geriatrie.

In this responsible position, you actively shape the medical and strategic development of the specialist areas and contribute significantly to the high-quality supply of geriatric patients.

Your tasks:

• You have the overall organisational and content responsibility of the Departments of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics
• Implementation of the hospital's strategic requirements
• Ensuring high-quality medical care according to current scientific standards
• Leadership, promotion and further development of the medical and interdisciplinary team
• Implementation and further development of a structured training and training concept
• Care and development of cooperation with established doctors, clinics and other cooperation partners
• Representation of the clinic inside and outside as well as active participation in patient events and lectures
• Promoting an appreciation and interdisciplinary cooperation within the House
