You are responsible for the telephone customer service. You conduct customer surveys and appointments. You receive requests for new and used vehicles, collect them systematically and forward them. You actively support sales and marketing campaigns and present our products and services. You are responsible for entering and maintaining customer and vehicle data.

You have completed commercial or technical training and have ideally already gained experience in a motor vehicle service, sales or customer-oriented service. Your excellent communication skills and your conscientious way of working are excellent. Your team and cooperation capability ensures a smooth flow of information between you and all interaction partners.
