Tasks Holistic management as well as strategic further development of the envelope camp / Transit Terminal Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and targeted further development of employees Sustainable personnel, capacity and resource planning Establishing efficient management structures and ensuring continuous improvement processes Control and analysis of relevant key figures (including costs, quality, productivity, result) incl. derivation and implementation of optimization measures Development and implementation of sustainable strategies in responsibility Responsibility for all equipment and technical equipment in the terminal Ensuring and continuous development of working, health and safety standards

Qualifications Successfully completed studies with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Insufficient leadership experience, ideally in the area of envelope or transit terminal Embossed analytical competence as well as a structured, solution-oriented method Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint High level of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making Exaggerating communication strength, enforcement ability and a value-assuring leadership style Ability to combine leadership skills with social responsibility
