Complete Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or Law or a comparable qualification Wide understanding of the banking industry, the German economic landscape and the German middle class Interest in financial services, an innovative view of banking and the desire to realise ideas Want to simplify processes and develop products Preferably already international experience Curious to explore digital processes and ideally first experience in project management from idea generation to implementation Embossed communication, problem-solving and team skills Will to help shape the world of tomorrow Hands-on mentality German and English language skills in word and writing
