Team Lead Workplace / Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

As a manager, you will develop an internationally active team within the Group IT, design goals, structures and responsibilities and strengthen your employees through targeted coaching. The end-to-end response for our Microsoft 365 Tenant and the Workplace infrastructure are in your hands – from safe operation to optimal configuration to continuous development. Global standards and best practices for collaboration, endpoint management and IT security are defined, introduced and controlled by you to ensure uniform, efficient processes. Our Unified Communication & Collaboration services benefit from your active control and optimization, including Microsoft teams (including telephony), SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Entra ID. With your consulting approach, you support specialist areas worldwide, meet requirements, show options and develop scalable solutions with clear trade-offs. Compliance, data protection and security keep an eye on you internationally – always in close coordination with the IT management and our CISO. Through meaningful KPIs, monitoring and reporting, you create transparency, address risks early and drive the continuous improvement of our services. A completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable IT training with corresponding professional experience forms the basis of your qualification. Finding knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID, modern endpoint management (e.g. Intune) as well as IT security and workplace technologies characterize your profile. Experiences in the leadership and development of international teams will also bring you, ideally within matrix or group structures. In project management, change and release management, as well as ITIL-oriented service processes, you act routined and always keep in mind quality and stability. Your clear communication style, your pronounced service orientation and the ability to take people across the site support you in daily interaction. Very good knowledge of German and English allows you to communicate safely in an international environment.
