The Product Management for Semiconductor Industries department within Carl Zeiss MultiSEM GmbH is the central customer interface for all Semiconductor customers, is responsible for the requirement management to our products and commissions the development of improvements to the fastest electron microscope in the world - the 'ZEISS MultiSEM'. As a central interface within, we work together with all other departments on the long-term success of the MultiSEM. You will be a central contact for our OEM customers who are responsible for communication between OEM customer and development, service and application team as well as preparing offers to customers

together with our OEM partner to accompany the market launch at major semiconductor manufacturers in Asia and America, understand customer application, address customer problems and work together with R&D solutions

define development projects together with an interdisciplinary development team, monitor their implementation and drive necessary decisions

support the operational planning of MultiSEM production in order to define capacity and sales plans and to overcome operational challenges in the restart of production processes together with the Head of Operation

cooperate with internal expert groups, external development partners and customers in Germany and abroad and coordinate and define difficult interfaces

Document project results for internal and external stakeholders, partners and customers and communicate to them in the form of reports and presentations

a successfully completed technical or scientific university study, with additional professional qualifications

Multiannual and solid professional experience in product and/or project management, preferably in the field of semiconductor

an independent, targeted way of working, high readiness and flexibility

very good communication skills, good enforcement and great team spirit

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

readiness to regularly travel abroad to Asia / America
