You process and monitor disposition processes of the electricity, gas, water as well as heat for the rollout, regular and non-planned changes of the measurement systems of private and commercial customers by means of the specific IT systems and impacts upstream and downstream processes You organize and process complaints and customer requests The quality assurance, consisting of testing and post-processing of the order feedback of the Mondays, is also one of your challenges. You will take care of controlling and monitoring (e.g. monthly exchange rates) of the resources used for meter assembly In addition, you support data cleaning in all disposition-relevant systems For regulatory requirements and changes, you keep up to date, research them, prepare them and pass relevant information to the team You monitor the progress of implementation of our IT requirements and coordinate the team's work in carrying out required test activities The cooperation in projects of all kinds, as well as the acquisition of responsible roles, special tasks and special topics are also part of your activity

A completed commercial vocational training in connection with technical understanding or a technical vocational training with a commercial understanding, ideally with a corresponding further training, e.g. to the specialist (m/w/d) You have many years of professional experience in the fields of measuring station operation, counter management and/or disposition of technicians as well as deeper understanding of industry guidelines and relevant legal texts readiness and enthusiasm for collaboration and implementation in digitalization projects and ideally a high IT affinity Career experience in the fields of measuring station operation, counter management and/or disposition of technicians is desirable You have a good technical understanding, sound knowledge in Office 365 (especially Excel) as well as SAP IS-U or S4U knowledge and are open to new You are skillful in dealing with customers, internal and external partners and communicates confidently as well as target group oriented With your distinct problem-solving competence, you are happy to be a contact person With your structured work and good organizational capacity, you are able to keep an overview.
