Digital client onboarding (accounter openings for German and international shipping customers incl. KYC check) Responsibility for the smooth running of the daily business (including account management, payment transactions incl. Cash management, guarantee business, interest and currency management) Direct contact for our customers from the shipping segment Regular exchange with and coordination of internal departments Support our customer supporters in the daily sales tasks

Successfully completed training in the banking or commercial sector or Training or relevant experience in the shipping industry First professional experience in commercial banking, foreign business or payment transactions Sovereign communication as well as good English skills, especially in telephone contact with international shipping customers Embossed service orientation as well as independent, independent action Structured, targeted approach with high quality standards Interest for digital payment solutions and their further development
