Plant Manager*

Total responsibility for the production areas at the Wasserburg am Inn site including maintenance and supply chain deriving and implementing the work strategy on the basis of corporate objectives and the market, sales and R&D strategy Ensuring efficient, trouble-free production by optimal capacity, personnel and material flow planning Responsibility for the work budget and the economic management of personnel, property and investment costs Planning and implementation of investment projects taking into account dates, costs and quality Further development of processes, digitization and automation to increase efficiency, transparency and competitiveness Design and support of change processes and identification and implementation of location-related optimization potentials Ensuring operational safety and availability and performance of facilities, buildings and infrastructure Ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, environment, quality and compliance and support for sustainability objectives Leadership, further development and motivation of management and active participation in the group-wide production strategy and cross-site cooperation

Complete studies, e.g. in process engineering, chemical engineering, food technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual leadership experience as a factory manager* or in a comparable leadership function in a manufacturing, highly process-oriented industrial company, e.g. the food, chemical, pharmaceutical or comparable process industry Deep understanding of complex production processes as well as strong technical and business know-how Experience in the optimization of industrial production processes and in the planning and implementation of investment projects, ideally in the context of continuous process plants or energy-intensive processes Embossed analytical skills, high key figures orientation and a secure sense of economic relationships Leadership with enforcement, decision-making and the ability to successfully shape changes and develop employees Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as a high affinity for digitalization and modern production processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
