Pava has its headquarters in Munich and other offices in Leipzig, Berlin, Frankfurt and Zurich. You will support M&A projects in the midmarket segment (Sell-Side and Buy-Side) in pioneering sectors such as Healthcare & MedTech, TMT, Sustainability Technologies, Industrials & Robotics, Consumer & Internet, Business Services You process projects throughout the transaction process Focus Strategy You analyze industries, business models, competitors and develop corporate exposés and information memorandas for our clients with your expertise You identify suitable international investors and targets and accompany the response in the transaction process You support due diligence processes in close cooperation with our clients and accompany negotiations Focus on finance You create and plausibility finance planning and conduct business assessments and diverse analyses using different procedures You support due diligence processes through the analysis and processing of financial information You advise our clients with focus on financial topics and accompany negotiations
