Transport Logistics Officer (Road)

You consolidate the shipments of goods from different suppliers as collection orders to the Würth companies in Europe, thereby ensuring the best possible cargo space utilization. For consignments to third countries, you will create customs documents and register the export of goods. As a key point between customer and service provider, you keep the communication and information flow running. You are contact for inquiries about transportation, information about shipment status and complaints. In case of malfunctions, you will find fast solutions and best solutions for complaints. You pay the prices according to the offers of the transport service providers to the transport orders and start the freight bills. At your work, you are questioning the efficiency of the processes and continually improving the processes.

You have completed a training as a forwarding/logistics businessman or another commercial training. You have first or more years of professional experience in the forwarding/logistics industry. You work independently, responsibly and with high self-motivation. You master the hectic everyday life with well-thought-out working technology and speditiver working. You communicate verbally and in writing in stylistic German and at a good level in English. The experienced handling of MS Office programs is a prerequisite. Knowledge in SAP TM is a plus.
