Target group-oriented job advertisements are created independently and provide their publication on relevant job portals, on social networks and on our career website. You adopt the active candidate language via different channels and build proactive talent pools for current and future vacancies. Incoming application documents have been carefully reviewed and take a qualified pre-selection based on defined request profiles. In structured online interviews by phone or video conferencing, you gain a first personal impression of the candidates. You coordinate interviews and conduct them together with the relevant specialist departments and HR Business Partnering. At career fairs, university events and recruiting events, you represent our company professionally and establish valuable contacts with potential applicants. The maintenance of our applicant database and the transparent documentation of all recruiting activities are also part of your responsibility. Actively contribute to the further development of our recruiting processes and to strengthening our employer brand.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in the personnel sector, or a completed study with a focus on personnel management, business management or a comparable subject At least 3 years of practical experience in recruiting, in personal advice or in a comparable function – preferably in a technical or industrial environment Embossed communication skills and a professional, binding occurrence High service orientation and a good sense for people and their potentials Self-responsible, structured and result-oriented mode of operation Teamability, flexibility and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Standing for occasional missions for trade fair and event visits Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous
