Conducting the layer with fixed personnel and temporary workers including inbound, outbound and inventory processes according to KPIs Planning and assignment of tasks in the warehouse Coordination of employees Ensuring compliance with all Maersk processes and policies Contact person for operational topics, environment, order and training Reporting and documentation of damage Resolution support Responsibility for storage and equipment Creation and dissemination of daily and weekly reports internally and externally

Experience in logistics and team management Good knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready for shift work including nights, Sundays and holidays Team player with coaching skills and leadership experience Clear and effective communication Individual initiative, target orientation and implementation strength Practical, proactive operation with team focus Flexible and safe in dynamic working environments
