Your field of application is the consultant team in project management. You conduct organised employee talks with the employer (on site or digital). Our internal service keeps your back free and takes over the entire post-management of the contracts. This allows you to focus fully on the advice of employees. We rely on a mixture of digital and on-site consultations with our customers (hybrid). With more than 2,400 employees and a placed premium volume of around three billion euros p.a., the Ecclesia Group is one of the largest insurance brokers for companies and institutions in Germany and Europe. In addition to our headquarters in Detmold, we are present with our own companies throughout Germany and four other European countries.

• Complete training in financial or insurance • Basic knowledge of occupational retirement and occupational disability insurance • Ability to inspire employees from occupational pensions • Passion for sales • Bundeswide readiness as a hybrid consultant (max. 50% of the weekly working time)
