As a Pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), you accompany people with disabilities in their own housing and social space. You support them in mastering their everyday lives, collecting new experiences and actively participating in social life.

Whether household, government, leisure or social contacts – you are there when your support is needed. With technicality, empathy and a clear attitude, you will encounter people at eye level and make individual development possible.

Your tasks:

• Support and support for people with disabilities in their individual living and living situation
• Development, design and updating of ICF-based participation planning
• Promoting participation in social life e.g. through leisure activities, sports, culture and social contacts
• Assistance and assistance in everyday activities such as budget management, purchases and meals
• Instruction and assistance of clients in medical and nursing activities
• Technical documentation and close cooperation with colleagues, relatives and legal supervisors
• Active participation in the further development of our concepts
• Instruction and technical assistance of support staff

Your qualification:

• Completed three-year training in education, medical education, medical education or ergotherapy (m/w/d)
• Joy and empathy in dealing with people
• Impressed team capacity and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Self-employed and solution-oriented operation
• Communication strength and sense of responsibility
• Problem analysis and problem solving capability
