As Analyst M&A / Debt Advisory (m/w/d), you advise clients on the preparation and implementation of demanding (financing) transactions - and thus contribute to sustainable decisions and implementation of corporate strategies. Hands-on-Mentality: You conduct financing or M&A transactions, but also company assessments using various methods, e.g. LBO or DCF. Overview: With your team you will develop operational/financial models and process documents, such as information memorands, management presentations and term sheets. Convince: In order to win potential clients, you will create appealing pitch documents, as well as short profiles of companies and management presentations. Care: While you are working on annual accounts, financing structures, credit documentation and debt capacities, you keep an overview. Interaction: As a contact person, you contact potential investors and engage clients in ongoing projects.

Completion in economics focusing on financing, corporate assessment, controlling or international accounting First practical experience in relevant areas (Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Debt, Private Equity, M&A, Debt Advisory or Investment Banking) Knowledge of how to deal with Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Mergermarket or similar external sources are beneficial, safe handling of MS Office, flexibility and good skills in presenting results Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Power and High Loadability readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
