To support our team in the Purchasing and Internal Services department, we are looking for you as Head of Department (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Your tasks include:

• Heading, control and coordination of tasks, objectives and processes of the department
• Superior management of purchasing processes for the entire branch
• Meeting of ad hoc decisions to maintain service
• Budget responsibility and control of resources in the area of own resources in the entire branch
• Forecast creation and ongoing controlling for the organizational units
• Establishing safe working conditions including ensuring fire protection and effective first aid
• Development and updating of occupational safety documents (e.g. risk assessments, operating instructions, work instructions)
• Participation in occupational safety committees (ASA)

You should bring this with you:

• Completed scientific studies in the field of business/economy, or a comparable qualification with equivalent experience in the above-mentioned task
• Experience in employee management
• Practical experience in purchasing and public procurement
• Knowledge of the law against restrictions on competition (GWB), the regulation on the award of public contracts (VgV) and the sub-supply regulations UVgO

That would be desirable:

• Knowledge in SAP (modules FI, CO and MM)
• Knowledge of tax and commercial law and contract law (HGB)
• Knowledge of the following ISO standards (19600, 37001, 28000)

Group of charges: E15 The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car. The recognition of the level of remuneration is determined according to the individual working experience.
