I H R E A U F G A B E N Technical and organisational management of the reception and reservation team Responsibility for a smooth check-in and check-out process and a warm guest reception Control and optimization of the reservation processes incl. Council maintenance, availability and quotas Close cooperation with housekeeping, restoration and management Contact person for guests, complaint management and individual special requests Designing and implementing quality standards to continuously improve the guest experience Service and holiday planning as well as training and further development of the team Support for sales and utilisation analyses and reporting to management

I H R P R O F I L Completed training or study in the hotel industry or comparable qualification First experience in a leading position at the reception or in the reservation, ideally in the upscale hotel industry or in the chalet/ferienhaus segment Safe handling of popular PMS and reservation systems Excellent host personality with joy in dealing with people Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working leadership qualities and joy in motivating and developing a team Very good knowledge of German and good English, other languages of advantage Passion for the mountains, nature and the Allgäu lifestyle
