Your duties

- Process optimization and ensuring trouble-free Operation
- Rough of machines incl. material supply and change
- Quality control during ongoing production
- ensure order & hygiene in the work area
- Support in semi-finished products, tire construction and vulcanization
- Manual material transport and equipment
Our requirements
- First experience in production, ideally Plastic/rubber
- Class B driving license
- Basic knowledge of EDV
- Ready to roll layer system
- Open for newcomers, newcomers and newcomers
- Reliable and team-oriented operation
- German knowledge B1–B2
