They coordinate the application process in cooperation with internal and external partners from research institutions and companies. The creation and maintenance of appointment and project structure plans is one of your key tasks. They agree with the agencies and take over their assignment. Regular project meetings with the project team are organized and guided by you. They monitor the progress of the project and initiate appropriate corrective measures for deviations. Continuous reporting within the business unit as well as risk and chance management are your responsibility. As a central contact person, the project consortium is both internal and external. They take over the professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team and coordinate the cooperation of the participants.

They have a successfully completed degree. Experience in the application and coordination of research projects is advantageous. Multiannual professional experience in project management honors you. Communication strength, negotiation skills and intercultural sense enable you to work together with international partners. A solution- and result-oriented way of working and enforcement are your strengths. Finding knowledge of relevant project management methods, ideally with certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI), bring you along. Negotiating English skills are required for this position. They show willingness to travel abroad. A safety check (Ü2) is necessary for this position.
