Your tasks – You can look forward to this Paediatric care: You provide a lot of commitment and empathy for children up to the age of 18 and take over pre- and post-operative care as well as individual monitoring. Emergency Recording & Monitoring: You are responsible for initial monitoring in the paediatric emergency take-up and in the ambulance area and support the expansion of the spectrum of services in neuroorthopedia. Training & guidance: You accompany and observe our trainees, conduct evaluation and feedback talks and take on practical instructions in generalistic training. Support for young people: You recognise and promote young talent for the pediatrics and contribute to the further development of the specialist area. Quality assurance: You actively participate in the implementation and evaluation of quality assurance measures to ensure the best possible supply.
