The S-Payment belongs to the DSV group and is the tactor for all payment topics in the Sparkassen financial group. We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. Your tasks

With your agile mindset, you will lead an innovative software development team with the focus on crypto systems in implementing security solutions within the framework of payment systems. You take over the design and architecture of a secure cryptographic system landscape of our payment portfolio including Establishing a new and strategic key management system and creating a framework for building specific knowledge in the field of hardware security modules and post-quantum cryptography in the team and engaging with other teams. You will develop new agile processes in close cooperation with all stakeholders and ensure the close interconnection of the topics with product and safety management You are critical of the strategic planning for our future system landscape

Your profile

Multiannual professional experience in JAVA development with common frameworks (e.g. Struts) and current software development technologies (DevOps, container technologies etc.) First management experience in software development Basic knowledge of cryptography and hardware security modules of advantage Responsibility and conflict resolution as well as high quality and safety awareness German language skills
