The DRV Bund will build an environmental and energy management system according to EMAS as part of your sustainability strategy. With around 1.5 million square metres of gross floor space, our properties represent the largest potential for the sustainable CO2 reduction of the entire organization. The new core team for the environment and energy will have its roots in the real estate department, because here all the buildings of the DRV Bund are planned, built and operated. As one of the key tasks of the next decade, we see the transition to an ecologically and economically sustainable self-sufficiency and foreign service of our service buildings, Data centers and rehabilitation facilities, CO2-conscious and forward-looking. In addition, it is our claim that the DRV Bund will improve its environmental performance in all areas.

In the field of environmental and energy management, they are responsible for the implementation of the home-wide sustainability visions in our management or rehabilitation facilities. In your role as a leader and environmental and energy manager*r (UEB) with your team, you will create packaged measures to achieve climate neutrality and sustainability. To do this, you will build up your team together with your management and perform the following tasks: Take over your team's professional and disciplinary leadership and personnel development (perspectively up to 5 people) Creating, evaluating and developing necessary processes and structures as a basis for the implementation of concrete measures, holistic, practical and agile Define, develop and optimise KPIs, guidelines and standards and their representation and representation in bodies, project and working groups Implementation of central operational activities in the UEM to support the UEMB / the department management Ensuring the uniform implementation of requirements on the properties of the area of responsibility Due to our nationwide properties, the exercise of the activity is linked to separate, well-planable business trips.

With your expertise in environmental and energy topics, combined with a strong know-how in the real estate sector, you can implement the sustainability visions conceptually with your team.
