From the first day on, you actively work with and learn about the instruments, procedures and processes of personnel work. You can independently take projects in the fields of the extraction, development and binding of employees. You support and support various projects on current HR and digitization topics and are responsible for their further development (e.g. personal marketing, social media, process improvements, etc.). With commitment you design and organize various HR events. You can also help us optimize HR instruments and processes with a focus on transformation and digitalization. We focus on your creativity and flexibility in the processing of special projects. Last but not least, you analyze and design management reports.
