Emergency ambulance management: You take over the overall responsibility of emergency ambulance and ensure smooth operation. Organization and process control: You plan, organize and manage all workflows efficiently and quality-oriented. Leadership and team development: You lead, motivate and develop employees in a targeted manner. Quality and process responsibility: You ensure a high quality of care and treatment and are responsible for administrative processes and documentation. Project work and further development: You participate in projects and actively promote the continuous development of the department.

You have completed training as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in emergency ambulance as well as several years of experience in a management function. A further development to the station line is desirable, but no precondition. You are characterized by strong professional and social competence and a high level of sense of responsibility. You convince by organisational strength, enforcement and team capacity. You have good computer skills and apply them safely in the working day.
