Coordinator of building cleaning/cleaning staff in full or part-time (m/f/d)

As the largest aid center of ADAC, emergency calls from ADAC members and customers from Germany and abroad are included with us around the clock. Around 800 employees organise vehicle and personal assistance.

To ensure a smooth running of our daily work, we place great emphasis on a well maintained and clean working environment. For this, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality that supports operational cleaning, coordinates processes and guides our cleaning team professionally.

For our reinforcement we are looking for our headquarters in Hall (Saale) at 01.04.2026

(m/d) in full or part-time

(In the near future, limited to 2 years/e, fixed term)

Your duties

• Coordination and organization of daily cleaning processes
• Instruction, installation and support of cleaning forces
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Working with maintenance and basic cleaning
• Creation and monitoring of cleaning plans
• Contact person for internal interfaces
• Control of compliance with requirements and notification of vulnerabilities and necessary material requirements

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a building cleaner (w/m/d) or advanced training for pre-workers (w/m/d) in cleaning (building cleaning)
• Multiannual experience in cleaning
• First experience in guidance, coordination or responsibility desirable
• Reliable, careful and independent operation
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, processes and hygiene standards
• Good knowledge of German in everyday work
• Ready for shift and weekend services
• Ready to use in the time window Monday to Sunday between 6:00-22:00
• High service orientation, team skills and sense of responsibility
