Responsibility for strategic area management including holistic consideration of needs and circumstances Strategic space and area planning/optimization taking into account the incoming space requirements displays Visiting UMG's own and external premises to test future usability Creation of occupancy scenarios and meeting documents for the spatial commission or for board/ supervisory board meetings First contact person for users in area changes, advice and for applicants Organizing, content and conceptual preparation of the meetings of the spatial commission Planning, structuring and optimising of work processes and matters over the period between space requirement display and moving and, where appropriate, Organisation of work processes in addition (e.g. structural assessments, visits by employees Technik & Bau) Compilation of cost accounting

Complete university degree at Bachelor level Experience in the leadership and organisation of an accompanying organization Basic knowledge in the handling and processing of operating expenses (BGB § 556) as well as in the relevant legal requirements (e.g. Laborplace Directives and Landeshochschulgesetz) Basic understanding of the structures and financing of a university medicine as well as the infrastructure and engineering processes of a hospital Handling MS Office Programs and Basic Knowledge in SAP A structured and independent operation as well as a high self-initiative and readiness to deploy Safe and professional appearance
