Type of employment: Full time

Responsibility for a smooth run of daily bar operation Host role at the bar including professional advice and care of guests Preparation and attractive presentation of high-quality cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Ensuring a well-kept, structured and professional appearance of the bar area Responsibility for goods orders, inventory controls and inventory Participation in the development and optimization of beverage cards, signature drinks and seasonal specials Leadership, motivation and introduction of the bar and service team Planning and coordination of efficient workflows within the team Support in service planning and close cooperation with the restaurant and R&B management Ensuring compliance with quality, service and hygiene standards Professional handling of guest feedback and sovereign complaint management Support for events, events and special actions

Professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry, ideally in a comparable position Passion for bar culture, high-quality drinks and lived hospitality A structured and independent organizational design Teamability, communication strength and a sovereign, professional appearance Creativity and a good feeling for trends and modern bar concepts Good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English
