Our customer is a technology group with several locations in Germany. In Essen, assemblies are mounted, electric motors are manufactured and tests are carried out on electrical systems for the areas such as aviation, defence and industry. We are now looking for an order manager (m/w/d) for order management incl. Industry surcharges according to IG-Metal/Electric Tariff Agreement.

You are responsible for the commercial management and handling of customer orders taking into account cost, appointment and quality requirements as well as active interface coordination with internal and external partners. The holistic support and control of order processes including costing, flawing, complaint management and process optimization. Control and handling of orders in compliance with cost, appointment and quality requirements Sales and raw yield planning as well as order-related calculations Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments Optimization of processes in order processing Invoicing and support in receivable management Processing of customer complaints and ensuring material availability

You have successfully completed a successful training as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/wd) for wholesale and foreign trade, Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office management or a comparable commercial training. Professional experience in order management or sales. Experience in commercial order processing as well as in customer and supplier management. Knowledge of costing, manufacturing and business processes. Secure handling of SAP R/3 or SAP Hana - PS/SD module, as well as common MS Office applications. Experience in dealing with complaints and cross-disciplinary cooperation. knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.

You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG Metall/Electric Tariff Contract. Working time 35 hours/week.
