First contact for the customer in quality assessments and product changes Daily coordination and assignment of the errors occurring between LEONI and the customer Implementation of product reviews using the respective product drawings the identification of fault causes and causes and the initiation of storage measures in cooperation with the production site, Development and Sub-Suppliers (8D Process) Responsibility for the daily error documentation and creation of a monthly management report Participation in quality circles at the customer Implementation of technical changes and evaluation of the effectiveness of implementing technical changes and fault-delay measures on the on-board network during installation in the vehicle or in the installed state Ordering components and spare parts for customers or their own needs (e.g. repair material) Managing logistical tasks Administration of reworking tools Implementation of rework measures on cable sets Coordination of the post-work activities by band support Organisation of emergency measures with the production site

Technicians/masters or completed technical training (e.g. KFZ-electronists, motor mechanics, toolmakers) with several years professional experience Professional experience in quality management ideally with completed training on QM expertise Standing for occasional (international) missions Impressed operational readiness, communication skills and skill in handling/cooperation with the customer Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Computer identifiers (MS Office)
