Senior Sales Manager:in Retail & Food Service

You are responsible for the further development of an established commercial and large-scale consumer business with a sales volume of around €35 million and corresponding P&L management. In addition to supporting strategically important customers, the development of new market potentials, the securing of profitable growth and the further development of existing business relationships are at the heart of your task. Take responsibility for the economic development of the business unit, observe market and competition developments and derive appropriate sales and growth strategies. The position offers a high degree of self-responsibility, short decision-making and direct influence on central business decisions.

In order to successfully carry out the position, you will bring several years of sales experience in the food sector with close reference to food retailing and ideally to the private label or wholesale consumer business. In addition to a pronounced market and trade understanding, you think entrepreneurial, are result-oriented and have a good sense of economic relations. You will also keep in mind the interactions between markets, production-side requirements, raw material availability and economy. Personally, you are convinced by self-sufficiency, pragmatism and the ability to successfully combine different interests. Good knowledge of German and English as well as the readiness for regular presence at the company location in the Osnabrück area as well as the production round off your profile. .
