Responsible management of complex development projects in the field of electronics, software and system development Responsibility for costs, dates, quality and technical achievement across the entire project Technical assessment of solutions and close coordination with Systems Engineering, Hardware and Software Development at eye level Responsibility for the technical management of the projects and ensuring the successful implementation of complex development requirements Close cooperation with Systems Engineering, Product Management and Hardware and Software Development Planning and control of resources in coordination with project management and the departments Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external development partners Ensuring compliance with functional safety requirements and relevant quality standards Identification and assessment of technical risks and development of appropriate solutions Management of development activities using classic and agile project management methods Regular coordination with internal and external stakeholders and reporting on project status Development of project management methods, processes and organisational structures

Complete study of electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science, systems engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual experience in managing complex technical development projects Embossed technical understanding in the fields of electronics, software development and system development as well as the ability to discuss technical questions with developers and systems engineers at eye level Ideally experience in the railway sector, the defence industry, the maritime industry or a comparable safety-critical industry Experience with classic and/or agile project management methods Project management certifications such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or comparable qualifications are advantageous Safe handling of project management tools Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication skills and safe occurrence to customers, partners and internal departments Experience in leadership of interdisciplinary teams Good English knowledge of word and writing
