In order to be able to react accurately to all threats at any time, we are looking for IT professionals with passion for IT security. As a cyber security managerin, you will see the interface between the CISO office and our IT departments and make a significant contribution to the resilience of our IT with your work. You are co-responsible for the creation and operation of our internal IT security standards and are contact personsin our IT departments in the introduction of new IT systems and in the day-to-day business. You're not getting nervous when you hear ISO 27001, KRITIS and DORA? You are at the heart of time and terms like Zero Trust, MFA, firewall recertification are your repertoire? Then introduce your know-how and actively shape: Technical support of firewall and connection filters Recertification, creation and updating of process documentation and support of IT departments in carrying out the process Further development of the existing solution or implementation of new solutions for technology Figure of the recertification processes and accompaniment of contractual agreements with service providers Support of employees from the IT departments in the implementation of IT security assessments and risk analyses based on applied and service provider-specific security-relevant information as well as cross-control of the process including Quality assurance measures Development of company-wide IT security standards for operationalizing the requirements and further development of our IT security processes Development of security measures and support for their implementation in IT projects and with our IT service providers Management of strategic IT service providers (e.g. in Security Boards) and support in audit operations

Completed studies or training in computer science, alternatively multi-year professional experience in IT Conceptual thinking combined with implementation competence Excellent understanding of IT security and project experience Knowledge of industrial standards (e.g. ISO 27001) and regulatory framework (e.g. DORA) and current trends in IT security Consultancy skills and strong and analytical skills Secure and address-oriented communication across hierarchical levels A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit Various educational backgrounds and work experience are also welcome.
