Оccupation: Office assistant

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/w/d) for our administration at the next possible time. We are looking forward to an experienced colleague (m/w/d), who performs tasks independently and supports the management and the commercial department.

Your tasks:

• General office activities
• Ordering and managing office material etc.
• Processing of analog and digital mail (out and incoming)
• Set and process documents in digital workflow
• Material handling
• Supporting colleagues and supervisors (m/w/d) in daily work

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Multiannual professional experience as an office assistant (m/w/d) or in the secretariat
• Digital affinity and Microsoft-365 knowledge are advantageous
• High reliability, carefulness and durability
• Fast visibility, independent work, readiness to learn and motivation
• Friendly and safe in word and writing
