Requirements and Dependency Manager IT Security (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Account Manager (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Berlin, Bonn, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg or nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The Competence Center IT-Security (CCITS) bundles the operational IT information and cyber security competencies with the task of embracing these security services and services in cross-section. The CCITS acts as an internal contractor for the development and implementation of security solutions across the entire core value chain and is an operator for the associated security services. Security Program Management focuses on the provision of all company-wide security projects and their management. The program management, the integration into the security services and the structured transformation of the security projects form central building blocks.

Requirement and dependency management for an IT major project in the IT security environment of the Bundeswehr including interface function to internal and external stakeholders in relation to all clarification requirements

Recording and continuous care of all defined requirements and dependencies in a single source of turkey'

Examination of defined requirements and dependencies on completeness, quality, comprehensibility, consistency and feasibility taking into account risks and resources

Identification and accompaniment of change needs by the BWI's change request processes, including corresponding customer agreements

Tracking requirements and dependencies and ensuring traceability through continuous documentation

Support of the project in the prioritization of requirements and dependencies and in the corresponding communication with the client

Completed studies in the field of IT and/or business or comparable training

About 5 years of professional experience in requirements engineering and/or dependency management, ideally in the IT infrastructure environment of an enterprise company

Experiences in the application of project management methods including planning and design skills

Experience in Bundeswehr or NATO projects of advantage

Experience with stakeholders in the public sector desirable

Excellent analysis and presentation skills, very good communication and team skills, good organizational and coordination skills as well as decision and enforcement strength

Flowing German and English skills
