Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten) Working time: 40 hours/week (special, fair overtime scheme) | Mo–Sa | Core working time: 10–18 hours (since until 16:00) Admission salary: from 3,400 € gross (full time) + commission regulation after the trial period, as well as numerous employee benefits

You bring style, structure and feeling under a hat?

In our WALLSTUDIO COLOGNE & ARCHSTUDIO everything revolves around extraordinary room design – with colors, wallpapers, light and furniture. As the lead of our showroom you are the organizational centrepiece: You shape everyday life in the studio, for smooth processes and an inspiring customer experience.

Your tasks:

• Organization of daily showroom operation
• Personal advice from end customers
• Supply creation, order processing & complaint management
• Coordination of small trades & craftsmen
• Support for interior projects including product selection & implementation
• Active assortment care & price updates
• Responsibility for goods presentation & studio decoration
• Planning & implementing small events, actions & special presentations
• Support for marketing measures & content creation
• Cooperation with architects, designers & our colour studio
• Support in small team deployment planning

What you should bring:**

• Experience in selling high quality residential or design products
• Organizational talent and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for spatial design, materials, colours & light
• Self-responsible work with hands-on mentality
• Good feeling for customer needs & stylish presentation
• Ideally experience with digital tools (MS 365, Canva, ERP/CRM)
• Team spirit and communication strength – also with external partners
• Hands-on instead of 9-to-5 mentality - in a fair overtime scheme, overtimes of more than 4 hours per week are paid separately.

A formal education or study is not a must – Experience & attitude count more!
