As Head of Product (w/m/d) Running, you will be decisive in shaping the further development of the Sports Brand CEP. You are responsible for the strategic orientation of the running portfolio, lead an interdisciplinary team and manage the development process from the idea to the finished product. The sports brand of medi: CEP CEP is one of the world's leading brands for sport compression and an emerging running brand. Through physical pressure on the skin, the textiles activate and support a variety of body-specific functions – during stress and regeneration afterwards. Developing Vision & Strategy: You define the strategic orientation for the further development of the CEP-Running product portfolio Living Leadership: You build an interdisciplinary product team and continue and develop this continuously Control product development: You are responsible for the entire development process from idea to finished product in close cooperation with R&D, Creative Direction, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Brand & Design: In cooperation with the creative directors, you will ensure an innovative, brand-compliant and design-strong product portfolio Market & Consumers understand: You analyze trends, consumer feedback and competitive activities and derive concrete product measures – focusing on running specialists:inside and premium customers:inside

Complete studies in the field of sports science, business management, product management or a comparable qualification Detectable experience in the running industry with sound knowledge about market, trends and target groups Multiannual leadership experience with the ability to develop, motivate and advance projects cross-functionally Product development competence as well as strategic and operational experience from vision to implementation as well as international experience complete your profile Very good English knowledge (at least GER level C1) in word and writing
