You are responsible for building the control center with a view to creating processes, processes and internal structures You establish the control center as an independent branch in the context of Klüh Security with (technical) interfaces to central internal departments and branches You are responsible for ensuring the technical and human performance of AES/NSL You work closely with technicians and IT specialists for maintenance and further development of control center technology and are responsible for the technical availability and safety of systems You plan, lead and develop the staff (including responsibility for building the team) You monitor key figures (e.g. reaction times, acceptance rates, false alarms), initiate quality and process improvement measures and respond to budgets and results for the branch You are co-responsible for the preparation, preparation and implementation of any certifications and audits (including ISO27001 and VdS 3137 or 3138) You are responsible for customer maintenance and support in the production of new customers.
