Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) SAP SuccessFactors

For these tasks we are looking for you as Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) In this function, you are the first contact for all technical and technical questions concerning SuccessFactors.

You accompany SAP SuccessFactors projects from introduction to adaptation. After careful analysis of the requirements, you accompany their implementation closely and find effective solutions to problems. You are responsible for the second- and third-level support for SuccessFactors and also provides fast and sustainable solutions. Technical requirements of the HR department are translated into technical solutions. As an expert, you will perform system configurations, perform tests and enter the release management. You are intermediary between specialist and product manufacturer and address the monitoring and troubleshooting. Between external implementation partners and our internal teams, you also call for smooth coordination and clear communication.

You have a degree from IT/Economic/HR or a comparable qualification. You have profound project experience in the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors and in request and test management – ideally in cloud projects. You have sound technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in implementation, (interface) adaptation and overall integration. Ideally, you have experience in the application support of SAP SuccessFactors. Your service-oriented, organized work and good communication skills rounds off your profile.
