Project Developer - Planning Law / Permit / Species Protection (m/f/d)

You develop the planning right and continuously check its feasibility You are contact:in for property owners:inside, municipalities, partners:inside, authorities etc You prepare approval procedures for BImSchG and accompany them You define and monitor the project approval schedule You optimize and finalize the parking layout You control external experts: inside, for example for sound, shadow, location, nature and species protection, etc., and accompany planning (regional planning, construction planning etc.)

You bring at least 8 years of professional experience in wind energy project development, especially during the approval phase. You are well aware of the legal framework, especially in planning law (e.g. BauGB, BImSchG, EEG). With your negotiating skills and communication strength, you convince property owners, authorities and partners. You think entrepreneurial, work profit-oriented and show the willingness to take part in evening appointments. A high self-motivation to keep you up to date about changes in law, and an affinity for species protection themes characterize you. You can communicate at least in a safe manner in German (C1 level) to control all processes smoothly.
