Support of the Master Level in Laboratory/Munitions Production Close cooperation with production, technology, quality and HSE Leadership and development of the qualification matrix personnel and machine deployment planning in continuous coordination with the MRP Working with the creation of shift plans for 4-shift production, planning and coordination of holidays and minimum shifts Coordination of measures in production disorders Examination of the BDE-time feedback, if necessary Consultation with employees and correction Identification and implementation of process improvements Ensuring clean layer transfer and logging

Complete technical training First leadership experience desirable Explosive certificate §20 of advantage At least 5 years of professional experience ideally focusing on explosives Experienced handling of MS Office products such as Word or Excel as well as SAP knowledge High sense of responsibility and quality Ready to use in multilayer operation
