Your role Responsibility for the stability of the test and measurement processes, testing and measurement methods and involved equipment in production

Analysis of the manufacturing conditions and deriving development and realization of concepts for their technical-technological (further) development and procurement of equipment

Qualification, evaluation and series transmission of new testing and measurement processes in assembly with the focus on testing and measurement systems within the value chain in grey and clean rooms

Definition and Ensure LifeCycle Requirement and Development Measures for Production Means and Active Risk Management in Projects

Work package responsibility/module responsibility in the field of testing and measuring systems in development projects

Development of investment proposals, consulting customers and optics design related to Test and measurement strategies and possibilities of assembly testing and measuring technology

Analysis of the process chain for implementing improvement measures in terms of quality, process stability, process times and costs, as well as technical guidance and qualification of measurement technicians (m/w/x)

Successfully completed studies in the field of physics, optics/technical optics or comparable studies (laser and optotechnologies)

Insufficient practical experience in manufacturing with a focus on testing and measuring methods

Basic knowledge in the areas of digitalisation and automation

Knowledge of statistical experimental planning and evaluation, process optimization (e.g. Six Sigma) and error analysis (e.g. 8D, FMEA)

Impressed team skills and a high degree of self-initiative

An independent, targeted and structured approach and a high level of innovation

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as willingness to occasional missions
