To strengthen our team in Augsburg, we are now looking for a lawyer | Steuerberater (m|w|d) in the area of asset and business succession as a senior manager.

Your duties

• Advising our clients in the field of asset and business succession, especially at the interface between "right and tax"
• Planning and design of succession solutions from a tax perspective in the team with experts from inheritance and company law
• gift and inheritance tax advice and optimization, especially in the case of company successes including the support of the declaration work in the specialized team
• general tax and legal advice of our clients in the various topics related to succession

Your profile

• Qualification as a lawyer (m|w|d) and tax advisor (m|w|d)
• multiannual professional experience in the field of succession counselling with a focus on tax issues
• precise and targeted operation
• Team player and consultant personality
