As part of our real-estate team in Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or Frankfurt/Main, you accompany large corporations, banks and investors: in the purchase or sale of land, real estate and infrastructure projects. Your extensive transaction know-how, paired with your property-specific knowledge, brings you into interdisciplinary teams and thus find competent customer-oriented solutions. Always one step ahead of the market and familiar with the latest methods and technologies, you take on a variety of tasks and early responsibility in projects with a holistic approach: Participation in challenging real-state projects focusing on strategy, organization and business process consulting Support for the advice of private companies with large real estate assets, public authorities and real estate and housing Participation in real estate valuations and due diligence in transactions Support for privatisation consultancy and the development and implementation of capital market strategies

Studies in real estate, economics or industrial engineering First experience in real estate Analytical skills and precise operation Secure handling of MS Office and knowledge in MS Project Very good communication skills in German and English
