Administrative Assistant for Dispatch, specializing in Construction Site Management (m/f/d)

As a specialist:in the MRP with a focus on building site management, you will bring your experience in the field of railways and Rail transport plays a central role in the operational planning and coordination of our transports: With your structured working style, you build a Europe-wide construction site database, maintain it continuously and ensure its topicality. You recognize construction-related redirections at an early stage and, together with the sales, take measures to develop and coordinate sustainable concepts with our customers. Through your active and dedicated participation in building dialogues and meetings throughout Europe, you contribute significantly to a smooth exchange of information and to the successful project agreement. Strongly use your existing contacts effectively, continuously expand your network and thus contribute to sustainable cooperation with internal and external partners.

You have completed training in the field of railways, e.g. Kaufmann:frau in railway and road transport, or a comparable qualification as a specialist in freight transport and logistics – as an alternative to studying in the field of rail transport, mobility, logistics or transport. In addition, you ideally bring professional experience in rail freight transport, e.g. in MRP, transport or rail logistics. Sounds like you? Then we look forward to meeting you!
