Start with us as a social pedagogical assistant to support the kindergarten in Isernhagen, in parttime. (30-35 hours/week).

Your tasks as a social pedagogical assistant:

• They design the daily structure and promote the development of the independence of children
• They provide and advise in conflict and change situations
• You plan and guide group-related offers: language education, sports, dancing
• You document educational processes
• They enable trusted cooperation with parents

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training on the social education assistant (alternatively a comparable qualification)
• A high level of empathy for the needs of children
• Interpersonality, tolerance and understanding
• flexibility in working hours in the morning and afternoon areas
• Team spirit, expressed creativity and imagination
• Fascination for the world of children
