Creation of growth plans, operational implementation of sales strategy and internationalisation of sales in dairy, confectionery meat/cass and food supplements industry Planning and fact-based control, coordination and control of the sales team with full responsibility for sales and margins Integre model function for the sales team and control via KPIs and sales reports New customer acquisition and systematic care/structuring of existing customer relationships Conducting customer/market and product analyses, searches for the sustainability of packaging, identifying new innovative packaging trends and sales opportunities Standardization, Optimization and Digitization of Sales Processes and Systems

Multiannual professional experience in BD of flexible packaging (barriere papers, aluminium, plastic films composites) Team-oriented, leadership- and implementation-strong personality, motivator and driver with social competence Negotiating knowledge of English, further language skills of advantage Application-oriented IT skills, strong success and result orientation Strategic and conceptual thinking capacity as well as pronounced problem and conflict resolution competence; entrepreneurial, proactive and market- and customer-oriented thinking/work Extensive readiness for service travel, high affinity to numbers, loadable, reliable, ready to learn, flexible and criminal
