Personnel Controller / HR Controller Cost Controlling (m/f/d)

KPI control: You are responsible for monitoring and analysis of industry-specific key figures (e.g. coverage fees per transfer, recruitment costs, fluctuation rates and absenteeism). Reporting: You create regular reports to make operational performance transparent. Deviation analysis: You identify trends and inefficiencies and derive concrete recommendations for action to optimize personnel costs and margins. Asset management: You create reports on the receivable status and actively contribute to the optimization of our debitor accounting. Process optimization: You continuously develop our controlling instruments and IT systems in the HR sector to increase data quality.

Background: A completed study of Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on controlling/HR or a comparable qualification. Industry knowledge: Ideally, you already have experience in the field of personnel service or employee transfer. You love data and have a high affinity for business relationships. IT-Skills: Secure handling of MS Excel (Pivot, complex formulas) is mandatory; Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or industry software (e.g. Landwehr/L1, zvoove) is a big plus. Mindset: You work proactively, precisely, and can prepare complex situations according to the recipient.
